Sustainability and quality

The welfare of the people is dear to my heart. I therefore pay attention to products from sustainable, environmentally friendly, and socially responsible production when purchasing all ingredients.

Our almonds from Spain impress the even the most experienced gourmets. Küsnachter almond kisses are the crowning touch of every table decoration, smell of sweet memories, and, above all, they taste wonderful.

The chocolate I use comes from Lindt & Sprüngli. The company stands for high quality and sustainability. It obtains its cocoa beans from Ghana and Ecuador. By the way, the cocoa trees in bloom all year round have a botanical peculiarity: Their fruits grow directly on the trunk. The cocoa fruit ripens in about six months. A healthy tree bears several dozen fruits, and a cocoa fruit contains about 40 to 60 beans.
